WHO WE ARE
Organization for Development and Peace operates as a Non-Governmental Organization and works on a Non-Profit basis. ODP has been in existence since October 2002 and was officially registered on October 23, 2003, under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860 in Pakistan vide Registration No. RM / 169 / S / 2003 – 04. ODP also fulfills its lawful obligation by being registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) vide National Tax Number 3685400-0. ODP works for hand in hand with the grassroots people and with all those who believe in human liberation or have committed themselves for this noble cause.

Behind the Scenes
Here at Organization for Development & Peace (ODP), we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. Since 2000, we’ve been supporting our community members in a variety of ways and measuring our success not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts. Bringing Change
EMERGENCY RESPONSE & DISASTER MANAGEMENT
Prevention, protection & rehabilitation to deprived and vulnerable
Response to emergencies and disasters is the mandate of our NGO i.e. Organization for Development & Peace. Being an active civil society organization, ODP has served 500 victims’ families of earthquake in 2005 at Mansehra-KPK, 400 families as IDPs of Swat military operation against extremist elements during 2007-08 at Multan and D. I. Khan-KPK and about relief and rehabilitation of 10,000 families of devastating flood 2010-2011 in 07 severely affected districts of Punjab. Furthermore, ODP has its active strong presence in Punjab, Pakistan through its network of 140 CBOs, focal persons and around 80 volunteers. These aforementioned resources supported the organization in diverse projects’ implementation in the past two decades. The key staff is fully acquainted to deal natural disasters and ODP office is fully equipped with all operational needs and requirements.
